1. Eligibility to Purchase
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you may only shop with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct typographical errors, or end promotional offers at any time without prior notice. The "Buy One, Get the Second Item at 30% Off" promotion applies only to eligible, regular-priced items and cannot be combined with other discounts. Payment will be processed at checkout.

3. Product Descriptions and Color Representation
We have made reasonable efforts to ensure that the colors, sizes, and details displayed are accurate. Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in display devices; such variations are not considered product defects. Size charts are provided for reference only; we are not responsible for fit issues resulting from reliance on these charts.
All garments must be cleaned in accordance with the instructions on their respective care labels. Damage resulting from improper washing or care is not covered by our after-sales policy.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Processing time is 5–20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics carriers. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on international orders.

5. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our separate "Returns and Refunds Policy" page. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, undergarments, swimwear, and items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, unless they are found to be defective. 6. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and designs on this website are the property of [joyscent]. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our content without prior written permission. 7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including physical discomfort, allergic reactions, etc.) arising from the wearing of our garments; however, this exclusion does not apply if such damages are directly caused by a defect in our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the purchased items.

We may update these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
